When you are hungry, you cannot think straight. The French toast is a perfect solution for your breakfast. Besides, it is nice to eat, it is cheap as well. You will need the ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup of milk
• Maple syrup (organic)
• 4 pieces of whole grain bread
Even when the bread is a bit stale, you can make the perfect French toast. It is a great meal for you and your kids, and it is easy to make (maybe the best side of this meal). It is important to use organic bread, bought in organic stores! The same situation is with eggs. Buy them in organic grocery shops as well! Instructions for making French toast are incredibly simple!
First, you must put eggs and milk in a wide bowl (I use shallow bowl) and mix them for a couple of minutes, until they become a great mixture. Put butter in a large skillet and melt it. The recommended butter is ‘’ Organic Valley Pasture Butter.’’ Dip the bread slices into the mixture (be careful to cover the whole slices) and put them in the skillet. When they are cooked, flip them over and bake their other side. They should be done quickly, so remove them, and put them on a plate. Add maple syrup and you have a great breakfast! In some occasions you may add organic bacon, but try to avoid eating it often! Anyway, you can eat French toast every day, for breakfast or when you want! This is perfect meal for people who don’t have enough time in the morning, or for mother with small children.
